This poor young woman... hadn't pooped for 3 or 4 days? Had to be. Eventually uses enema,,, gets an amazingly hard and huge amount of poop released. Still pushing out just before she wipes. I bet that wan't all of it... I'd give her a nice warm real enema with a bag to finish the job.
