Can I download it from the Google Play store?

Unfortunately not, Google does not allow erotic apps in their store.

So how do I install this app on my Android device?

You can download the app from your device, once it has been downloaded you can install it by clicking on it in your downloads list.
Your device must allow apps from unknown sources, you can enable it from the Settings > Security menu.
